Undoubtedly, the most expensive armor in GW is FoW armor, still. But since Factions came out many 15k armors in Factions look fancier than the prestigious FoW armor.
Some PvE players do not want to get FoW armor anymore and prefer 15k armors in Factions over FoW armor.

Some clear examples:
- The 15k female Luxon Necromancer armor. This armor looks horrorfying and therefore express the true nature of a Necromancer. Many player prefer this armor over female FoW Necromancer armor.
- The 15k female Kurzick Elementalist armor looks just majestuous in comparison with the female FoW Elementalist armor, which looks too daily.

On the other hand, the female Mesmer Fow armor looks very ladylike in comparison to female Factions armor. Female Factions armor look like a maid cloth in comparison.

Though beauty is in the eye of the beholder, still, I talked to some players ingame and come to the conclusion to post this thread. Some of these players have good suggestions to change the FoW armor.
I personally think that FoW armor must remain the most expensive, prestigious and most wanted armor in GW. Otherwise, no one will ever visit UW/FoW again and these places will die out silently. Therefore I think FoW should not be the most good looking or fanciest armor, since the design of this armor is already set.
I suggest that there should be an options to place something additional to the FoW armor, not rank (this is for PvP), not a title, but something like a shiny medal that can be pinned on the chest piece of the FoW armor. I like the brightness of light of a resurrection shrine, so a medal with a tiny shiny light would be great. This medal is of course dyeable.
Requirements to get this medal needs to be determined, still.
I suggest adding a new quest in UW to get this medal. So you get the armor in FoW and the Medal in UW.

I personally liked the male elemantalist armor for FoW.
